Diamond-shaped, purple icons relate to decisions taken:
Drop a proposal
Refer a proposal to another committee
Adopt a proposal
Other vote (continue debate)
Reject a proposal
Postpone a debate
Blue, hexagon-shaped icons relate to 'procedural' proposals that do not directly alter text but affect how a committee does its work (and are usually used only for transient things, such as a point of order.)

A comma separated value file can be used to create delegations and members.
Required fields are: first_names, last_name, delegation_name.
Optional field: details.
Optional field: join_sessions. This is a colon-separated list of values which are session id numbers (or just a single session id number). If provided, a JOIN event for this person will be added to the end of these sessions/this session.
N.B. No check will be made to see if a person already exists.
